Dreams are essential to our lives.
No, dreams have no importance in our life. Because it is
just a thought in your mind. There is nothing to think
about from dreams. There is nothing to be afraid of when
you dream of fear.
Again, there is nothing to worry about when you see a good
dream. Dreams will not have any impact on our life. Forget
about the dream you have seen, there is nothing to worry
about.
Why do we dream?
A dream is a thought of ours. We think about various
things in the course of our busy life. We don’t think
about those thoughts so much. Because the thoughts
we think come suddenly. So we think that something
can suddenly come to mind. That’s why we don’t think
about the thoughts we have while awake. But when we
sleep, if a thought comes to our sleep. We keep
thinking a lot about that thought. Because we have
many superstitions about that thought. Just as
something suddenly comes to mind while awake.
Similarly, thoughts come to mind suddenly even after
sleeping at night. And we call this a dream. Dreams
and thoughts are the same. To be honest, if you
suddenly remember something, you don’t think about it
so much. Again, if you suddenly remember something
while sleeping, you get worried. Is there any mystery
behind why I had this dream?

Is there a specific time?
No, there is no specific time to dream. You can
dream at any time. Dreams do not last long. They
may last a few seconds. It is different for each
person. But people think about it after dreaming.
This means that after we sleep, thoughts suddenly
come to us. Then we keep thinking about that
thought again. This may make us feel like we are
dreaming for a long time. Many times after
dreaming, we wake up. And we keep thinking about
it. So we feel like we are dreaming for a long time.
But if we are awake and do not think
about that dream. Then we can forget
many parts of that dream and what the
dream was. We may not remember it.
The dream that we think about after
dreaming is in our memory. In simple
terms, we often wake up after dreaming.
And after waking up, we think about that
dream. I woke up because we were
awake and thought about that dream. We
never think about it. We think that I have
been dreaming for a long time.

dreams, we cannot remember any other dreams.
Just like we think about many things while
awake. We cannot remember any other thoughts
except some thoughts. It is not that a boy and a
girl will have different dreams. It is not that they
will have the same dreams. Because no two
lives can be the same. Even if they are not the
same dreams, the type will sometimes match.
People can sometimes dream in such a way that
in the dream they are staying in that place. In
this, they feel that they are sleeping. They think
that is their reality. Dreams are not a miracle.
When you go into deep sleep, a thought will
enter your brain. Then you consider it a dream.
When we think about another place while awake.
But we cannot imagine ourselves in that place.
We understand our location exactly in which
location we are staying. But when we think about
another place while sleeping. Then we take our
location to that place and make it real. Because
when we sleep, a part of us works, which makes
us forget our position.
Sleep Paralysis
I can hear that many people say that in their sleep, all
the energy in our body suddenly goes away. Even our
body becomes immobile. They feel weight and they
cannot control their body. This can usually happen
when a person wakes up from sleep. But their brain
has not yet activated. When a person is affected, the
person tries to get out of bed with all his strength.
But it does not work. But if someone or something
touches him at that time. Then he can get out of bed
without applying any force as he usually wakes up.
But the things that he has touched while sleeping.
Touching those things will not
work. He has to touch
something else. It does not last
long. It can be like a few
seconds. Sometimes the person
will not be affected while
sleeping. He may be affected
only when he is awake. He may
be affected once or twice in a
day. Again, in many cases, it
occurs suddenly. Why does he
not have that problem when he
touches something else?
Because then his brain
becomes active. And he
becomes normal again. This
can be a kind of disease. And it
can mostly occur if he has
worked a lot during the day
before sleeping. In that case, it
